LUNCH

   140 g Cucumber salad (R)
   110 g Fries vegetarian deep-frozen
    30 g Basic sauce white (R)
   180 g Potato salad (R)
   180 g Peas and carrots (R)

2. BREAK
   100 g Apple juice
   110 g Buttermilk
   150 g Yoghurt with fruit and sweetener

DINNER
   300 g Mineral water carbonated
   100 g Graham bread
    20 g Margarine semihard linoleic acid 30-50%
    30 g Edam
    30 g Yeast extract (yeast spread)
   150 g Cucumber in aromatic vinegar pickled
